I'm Kevin — a senior software engineer and solutions architect in Johannesburg. For thirteen years I've built full-stack platforms for finance, retail and property: modernising legacy systems, moving monoliths to microservices, and shipping greenfield products that had to earn revenue in year one.

I registered Nanotech Computers back in 2017 and have built through it on and off ever since — open source, client work, mobile apps. Today it's an independent studio with three native SwiftUI apps live on the App Store — their .NET backends, marketing sites and AWS/Cloudflare infrastructure built end to end, solo.

Twenty years in IT taught me that the unglamorous parts matter: documentation, pipelines, test packs, mentorship. I use AI-assisted workflows daily — and I ship like it's my name on the door, because it is.
